  • Significant deviation from agreed service scope without client approval
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery for extended periods
  • Breach of contract by SD MARKETING

3. Service-Specific Refund Terms

3.1 SEO Services

  • No refunds after optimization work has begun
  • Results may take 3-6 months to become visible
  • Refunds not applicable for algorithm changes or ranking fluctuations
  • Partial refunds may be considered if services are not delivered as agreed

3.2 Google Ads and PPC Management

  • Management fees are non-refundable once campaigns are live
  • Ad spend budgets are handled directly through client's accounts
  • Setup fees are non-refundable after account configuration
  • Performance guarantees are not provided due to external factors

3.3 Website Development

  • 50% refund available if project is cancelled before development begins
  • No refunds after design approval and development commencement
  • Completed work and deliverables will not be refunded
  • Domain and hosting fees are non-refundable

3.4 Social Media Marketing

  • Content creation fees are non-refundable once delivered
  • Monthly management fees are non-refundable for completed months
  • Setup and strategy development fees are non-refundable
  • Ad spend is managed through client's social media accounts

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation Notice

  • 30 days written notice required for service cancellation
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to contact@sdmarketing.shop
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • All outstanding invoices must be paid before cancellation

4.2 Immediate Cancellation

SD MARKETING reserves the right to immediately cancel services in cases of:

  • Non-payment of invoices
  • Violation of terms and conditions
  • Abusive or unprofessional behavior towards staff
  • Illegal or unethical business practices by the client

4.3 Post-Cancellation

  • Client retains ownership of paid-for deliverables
  • Access credentials will be transferred to client
  • Ongoing campaigns will be paused or transferred
  • Final reporting will be provided within 7 business days

5. Refund Process

5.1 Refund Request Procedure

  2. Include detailed reasons for the refund request
  3. Provide relevant documentation or evidence
  4. Allow 7-10 business days for review and response
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days

  • Bank transfer refunds may take 3-7 business days
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days
  • Processing fees and transaction charges are non-refundable

7. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing external remedies, we encourage clients to:

  • Request a management review of the situation
  • Participate in good faith negotiations
  • Allow reasonable time for issue resolution

7.2 External Dispute Resolution

  • Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation
  • Legal proceedings will be governed by Rajasthan, India laws
  • Jurisdiction will be in Jaipur, Rajasthan courts

8. Special Circumstances

8.1 Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), service delays or cancellations may occur without refund obligations.

8.2 Client-Caused Delays

Delays caused by client non-responsiveness, failure to provide required materials, or scope changes do not qualify for refunds.

Changes to third-party platform policies (Google, Facebook, etc.) that affect service delivery do not constitute grounds for refunds.
